– Pork fillet rolled around a prune and pinenut stuffing with a port wine jus.
Salmone alla Griglia - Char-grilled fillet of
salmon, served on a rocket mash with a sundried tomato & herb butter with roasted vegetables
Tortellini del pollo – Roasted
chicken stuffed pasta parcels cooked in a pancetta, mushroom and parmesan cream sauce.
Lasagne – Classic beef lasagne with mushrooms
and tomatoes and mozzarella or vegetarian lasagne with roast pumpkin, mushrooms, leeks and pea puree.
Tiramisu
– Marsala and espresso soaked sponge fingers layered with chocolate and a mascarpone cream
Brownie – Dark chocolate and
hazelnut brownie with ice cream and hazelnut sauce
Panna-cotta – Flavoured panna-cotta served with fresh cream
Banoffee Pie –
Galliano biscuit base topped with toffee, cream and banana
